Natural stone know-how for your project - from initial consultation to installation.
Consultation & Planning
Our geologists will help you find the right stone. We inform you about the technical properties of the stones and advise you on suitable stones based on your project.
Our measurement team will visit your project site, take precise digital measurements, and note down your final requirements. A sales representative will coordinate and document the entire process. If you already have templates for kitchen, tables, stairs, or window sills, and want to install the stone products by yourself, we can produce your products based on your templates.
Some stones are suitable for special cutting patterns like mirroring. Based on pictures of the stone slabs, we can create an accurate cutting plan that will allow us to tease out the best possible layout and aesthetics from the stone.
Production
Our machine park is equipped with modern CNC units such as bridge saws and water jet cutters. The machines are controlled by computers. This makes production particularly precise – from surface finishing to shape cuts and edge profiles.
We offer stonemasonry services such as gluing miter cuts or natural stone sinks. Our experienced stonemasons carefully handcraft your products.
Delivery & Collection
On request, we deliver your finished products safely & punctually to your apartment or construction site.
If you hire another delivery company, please remember that the transportation of natural stones is demanding. Hire only experienced delivery companies and inform them about the natural stones. Please also read our delivery leaflet for further instructions.
You can pick up your products in Berlin. We offer additional services for this – such as packing on disposable pallets or loading the products by forklift. If desired, please let us know in advance.
If you need wooden or metal racks for transportation, you can also rent them from us.
Installation
We install vanity tops, kitchen tops, and countertops purchased from us. We offer this service only if the measurement was taken by us. If you have any questions about the measurement, do not hesitate to write us. We will be happy to send you our info flyer.
Natural stones are living products. To make them last long, they should be maintained depending on the use. Of course, we will explain how to do this in advance. You can also buy appropriate natural stone care products from us.

Can I get samples of the stones I'm interested in?
Yes, we have hand samples of many stones available for you to take with you. If necessary, we can also obtain additional samples from our suppliers. It’s best to contact us by phone or email so we can confirm the availability of your desired stone sample.
Can I inquire about stones that are not shown on your website?
Absolutely! If you don’t find a specific stone in our inventory, we can often source it through our suppliers. Just send us the name or a picture of the stone you’re looking for, and we’ll go on the hunt for it.
Do you offer and work with artificial stones such as Dekton or Silestone?
Yes, we offer and work with artificial stones such as ceramic and quartz composite from many manufacturers such as Cosentino, Caesarstone, or Sapienstone. You can find more information on this Page.
I have a stone slab. Can you cut it for me?
In most cases, that shouldn’t be a problem. Please send us an e-mail with the dimensions of your stone slab and a brief description of how the stone should be processed.
Does Steinzeit produce tombstones?
We do not offer standard gravestone elements. However, if you are interested in ordering custom pieces made of 2 or 3cm thick stone, we will be happy to help you.
Do you also cut gemstones?
We work with large machines that are not suitable for gemstones. Therefore, we do not offer processing of gemstones.
DOES STEINZEIT REPAIR BROKEN STONES?
It depends on the stone. Please send us an email with photos, dimensions, and a brief description of the broken piece. Our sales team will advise you on how to proceed with your stone.
Is it possible to order a delivery and assembly without Steinzeit taking the measurements?
No. In order to install natural stone products, we need to take measurements beforehand. For technical and liability reasons, we therefore offer installation only in combination with a prior measurement.
Can you remove and dispose of my old countertop?
Of course! For this purpose, please send us pictures of the slab and other information that may be relevant for de-installation before the measurement date. We will then provide you with a quote for the de-installation and disposal of your old countertop.
